What should you eat and/ or drink before you have practice or a game/meet? And what should you eat or drink during?

After discovering that several of you had not eaten much all day on Wendesday or had eaten more than enought, I think we should talk about pre-practice/ game day nutrition. What do you think you should eat and/or drink before practice/game/meet and during?

Wednesday (7-6-11)

        Tonight I am planning to have you do some running  and swimming. So please bring a swim suit, running shoes, water, a towel, and goggles if they are available to you. Can't wait to see you girls tonight!

Expectations from Girls Only Fitness
